Hotel Booking
In order to get special rates for the meeting package and accommodation, all registered participants must stay at Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort, Klong Muang Beach, Krabi, Thailand. A number of rooms are blocked for our group until May 15, 2013.
The room rate is 3,500 Baht (around 117 USD) net, per room, per night, incl. buffet breakfast for 1-2 persons. Rates are inclusive of a 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax.
Online booking is now closed. Please contact the hotel directly if you still need to book a room.
The hotel provides airport shuttle service with special rate: THB 450.-net/person/way. If an airport transfer is required, please fill in your flight details during Step 3 > 4. Optional Information. The flight details can also be added later on [via Check Reservation]

Important Information
- Upon making a reservation, your credit card will not be charged but only used for a guarantee. All charges will be assessed upon check-out. All bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival without fee. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 1 night stay will be charged.
- If you share a room with another participant, ONLY ONE of you needs to fill the room booking. During Step 3 - Guest Information > 5. Terms & Conditions, UNCHECK the Box - [Personal Information of additional guests is the same as primary guest] and fill in the First name, Last name and E-mail of your roommate. Please make sure that the e-mail is correct, the booking confirmation will also be sent to the roommate's e-mail. If you have requested that we help find you a roommate, please wait to book until you have been paired up!
- Internet is not included, but is availabe for 250 Baht/24 hours. The network is available in may areas throughout the premesis and delivers 6MB/s for personal usage
- If you plan to bring your family there is a "Kids Club" that will do activites and watch children aged 4-12. It is free and open from 8:30 to 17:00. Special babysitters are also available for younger children at the rate of 350 Baht/chlid/hour (or 500Baht/2 children/hour).
